1. When I go to the checkout page, the page is blank.
You're probably using an older browser, designed before the year 2000. These older browsers are gradually becoming more and more incompatible with today's World Wide Web, especially with regard to SSL secure pages such as our checkout pages. Please upgrade your browser.

2. I can't get CDs to stay in my shopping cart. Only one CD at a time will show up.
If CDs are disappearing from your cart, or if only one CD at a time will show up, you probably need to enable cookies in your browser. It's quick and easy to turn on the cookies feature. If you have worries about Audiophile Imports reselling your personal information, there is no need. We don't disclose any personal information about any of our customers.

For instructions on how to turn on cookies in the most common browsers, click on the appropriate link below.

3. I don't want to turn cookies on in my browser.
That's fine, but our shopping cart (and many others across the internet) will not work for you. You can still browse our catalog online, and when you're ready to place your order, give us a call at (908) 996-7311.

4. When I go to checkout, I get security errors.
As security on the internet has matured, older browsers no longer work properly. The security certificate used by Audiophile Imports is owned by CyBoards, Inc. and that certificate is kept up to date at all times.

If you're using either Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer with a version number lower than 4.6, you are running in to a y2k bug, that will reject the security certificate of any site on the internet. Please upgrade your browser.

If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer on a Macintosh, with a version lower than 5.0, you'll soon be unable to make any secure connections at all to any server on the net. Please upgrade.
