Special Policies

Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges except for defective products. It will be exchanged for the same selection.
Deletions: Please be aware that from time to time European and Japanese suppliers delete certain titles without any advanced warning.
Special Orders: For all special orders, either domestic or foreign, please be advised that once placed, they cannot be cancelled!!!
In the event an order remains unshipped for six months it will be cancelled as the item may have been deleted and is no longer available.
