TERMS & CONDITIONS
All product is guaranteed new. Please be advised that some product imported from
Europe arrives without shrink wrap. This product will always be shipped in
a Japanese resealable sleeve for protection purposes.
DUE TO UNSTABLE FOREIGN CURRENCIES, PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
RETURN POLICY
Any unopened item (except for special orders) may be returned within 15 days
from shipping date for a refund, store credit or exchange. All
merchandise must be in mint original condition for resale purposes. Audiophile
Imports will also pay the return freight cost if the return is a result of our
error. Any defective item will be replaced for same
item. If that item is not currently in stock, another item of equal value may be
exchanged in its place.
ORDERS
All product in stock will be shipped immediately at the appropriate shipping
rate. All subsequent shipments will be sent via first class mail as product
becomes available. Audiophile Imports will keep all backordered product in
the order system for a period of 6 months from original order date.
PAYMENT
In addition to the standard credit cards...checks & money orders are acceptable.
International customers can also send U.S. Dollars via registered air-mail. All
payments should be mailed to: Audiophile Imports, 6 Parks Avenue,
Cockeysville, MD 21030 USA.

For all shipments...Please be advised that additional shipping charges will
apply if ordering multiple cd or dvd sets, books etc....

All U.S. shipments sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).
First Class Mail.....$4.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item....Delivery
time is usually 3-5 business days once order has been shipped.
Priority Mail....$7.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item...Delivery
time is usually 2-3 business days once order has been shipped.
All orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.
Maryland residents....Maryland sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders.
CANADA
All shipments sent via USPS first-class mail international
$8.00 for first item + $1.00 for each additional item....All orders over $100
will be shipped free of charge.
MEXICO
All shipments sent via USPS first-class mail international
$8.00 for first item + $2.00 for each additional item
