2004 release. This is Vital Information's eleventh recording, the first self titled Vital Information album was recorded back in 1983 (STILL unavailable on cd!). The faces have changed over the twenty one years, but Frank Gambale, Tom Coster, Baron Browne, and Steve Smith let loose on another 'Vital' classic. The band cover a wide range of musical territory, from South Indian Carnatic jams, to instrumentals influenced by the Meters, and Wes Montgomery. One of the standout tracks is 'High Wire' which takes you back to the heavy fusion sound of the seventies, and what a glorious sound that was.
